- 予定 Schedule:
最初の予定はなるべく1ヶ月半前にFAXかメールで送付して下さい。
もし変更があった場合はすぐに連絡して下さい。
また当社より確認の為の連絡を頻繁に取らせて頂き、
予定のご希望に添えるように対応します。
牧師を確実に確保する為、早めの送付をお願いしております。
ご理解、ご協力をお願いします。
- 確認の電話 Kakunin call :
- On wenesdays all pastors do a kakunin call to Lacroix_marriage.
- 牧師は毎週水曜日に、当社に確認の電話をします。
- On thursdays Lacroix_marriage do a kakunin call to the wedding companies.
- 当社は毎週木曜日に、各社に確認の電話をします。
- On the day of the wedding, the pastors make a wake up call / a departure call / an arrival call
to a phone number given by the wedding company.
The wake up call should be at least 3 hours before the wedding.
- 牧師は結婚式当日に、起床時・出発時・到着時の3回の電話連絡をします。
電話連絡は事前にお知らせ頂いた電話番号へいたします。
起床時電話は結婚式の最低3時間前までにします。
Please notice it is the responsibility of the wedding company to call the pastor if he did not make his kakunin call. After few tries, if the pastor doesn’t answer, please contact Tronchet Eric at 09039933980.
もし牧師から電話連絡がない場合は各社の担当者より牧師本人へ直ちに
直接電話をかけて下さい。何度か試しても、それでも牧師との連絡が取れない場合は
Tronchet Eric（090-3993-3980）へ連絡して下さい。
All the pastors have been advised that they have to keep their phone handy to respond to any emergency.
牧師は緊急時に備えて常に携帯電話を持っております。
In case of problem during the journey to work, the pastors have the obligation to keep the wedding company regulary informed of their arrival time at the place.
もし牧師の通勤時に問題が発生した場合は常に連絡を取り到着時間を知らせます。
- お支払い Payment:
Lacroix_marriage will send a bill to the wedding company at the end of the month.
当社は各社に毎月末に請求書を送付します。
A transfert will be made on a MUFJ account at a date decided between the wedding company and Lacroix_marriage.
振込みは、当社の三菱東京UFJの口座へお願いします。
振込み日は各社との取決め日にお願いします。
- 結婚式 Wedding ceremony :
The order of the wedding ceremony will be the same as it is written on the shikishidai.
結婚式の流れは式次第に書かれた通りとします。
All the regular pastors use the same text provided by Lacroix-Marriage and feel very comfortable with it. To avoid any problem, this text has been apply to most of the places.
当社のフルタイムの牧師は、常に当社より用意されたテキストを使用し、
それに慣れてります。
- 牧師について Minister's obligation :
All Lacroix-Marriage pastors cant work directly for a wedding company or a wedding place introduced by Lacroix-Marriage during a period of a year after they stopped to work with Lacroix-Marriage
当社の牧師は当社に在籍中及び退職後1年間は各社との直接契約ができません。
